CLEVELAND, OH – NOVEMBER 12, 2008 – Verishot today announced the release of its newest system and program, Verishot Mobile™ for outings and events. Verishot Mobile is a portable monitoring system and turnkey program offered to event sponsors or golf courses for tournaments, outings or events. Verishot Mobile consists of advanced video technology in a portable design that can be placed on any Par 3 hole. Verishot Mobile captures golfer activity at the tee box and green via video cameras, which are wirelessly submitted to Verishot customer service. Verishot provides a turnkey program that takes care of the setup, video monitoring and capture, and program content. Verishot Mobile is sold through golf courses and independent representatives and the program is administered through Verishot for a fixed ticket fee per golfer participant. Verishot Mobile was developed in partnership with a leading video surveillance company and is the culmination of leading edge Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras combined with proprietary video management software for rapid retrieval, verification, and rendering of golfer activity.
Verishot Mobile offers numerous advantages for contests and events over traditional approaches such as hole-in-one insurance. These advantages include:
